Krakow, Poland. This city in the south of the country shares similarities with it’s close neighbour Prague, only with less tourists and cheaper prices! Krakow has the largest medieval market square in Europe and lots of interesting things to see and do. The popular tours of Auschwitz run from the city centre being only an hour away from the camp complex, it’s a harrowing experience but very educational and eye opening and well worth fitting in to your weekend trip.
